Plot Overview
The novel is an account of Harsha Vardhan, the son of an industrialist Ravikanth, who is the protagonist, and is isolated despite his wealth and fame. His emotion was lacking, he tried to find something meaningful besides luxury and power. His trip makes him find his ancestral village, Devarakota, that is being politically oppressed and neglected.
